Poster section
Participation in the poster section is possible only for those who have paid the full registration fee of participants! One co-author is allowed without registration for the Symposium.
The poster is provided in electronic form, in PPT format (template is attached).
A poster report can be presented in Ukrainian, English or Russian languages. Russian-speaking rapporteur will be provided with an interpreter.
The text of the poster report should contain: topic, the names and initials of the authors (no more than two), the names of the establishments and their logo, the telephone number and email address of the authors for communication.
The structure of the poster includes: purpose, materials and research methods, the results, discussion, and conclusion. Detailed signatures should accompany figures and tables. References to used literature are possible.
For all poster presentations, there is a strict time limit of up to 6 minutes. The presenter will be stopped when the time is up. Please attend at least 15 minutes before your section. The maximum number of authors is three. Attention, at least one of the authors must take part in the symposium. Only after that the certificate is issued.
A notification will be sent to you about the opportunity to make a poster report and a number will be assigned to you according to which you will be given a place to be placed in the "Poster Zone". By the decision of the organizing committee, the best poster reports can be printed and posted. The rest will be placed on an interactive poster plasma.
The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the poster section is until May 01, 2022.
The poster section will open on June 19 at 16-00.
